Privacy and cookies
Short version: this site sets nothing on your device unless you say so, we use what you send us only to reply to you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Complete before publishing. Two items, both in the first section: the registered address and the company number. They must match Companies House.

Who is responsible for your data
Boxsail Limited, trading as Novaneon, a company registered in England and Wales at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], company number [COMPANY NUMBER], is the data controller for this website. For anything on this page, including a request to see or delete what we hold, write to privacy@novaneon.global.
What we collect, and why
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, work email address, and whatever you choose to put in the organisation, role, situation and message fields. We also record the time and the IP address the submission came from, which is a basic spam control.
We use it for one thing: to reply to you and to have the conversation you asked for. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone outside the processors listed below. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest, specifically responding to a business enquiry you initiated.
If you decline measurement and attribution, we collect nothing else at all. No analytics script is loaded, your page views are not recorded, and nothing is written to your browser except the record of the choice you just made. Declining is one click and costs you nothing: the site behaves identically either way.
Cookies and similar technologies
Nothing on this site needs a cookie to work, so by default none are set. You are asked once, and your answer is respected until you change it. You can change it at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer of the home page.

Who else sees your data
Only the following, and only for the purpose named.
- IONOS hosts this website and its server logs.
- Resend delivers the email generated by the contact form. Your submission passes through their infrastructure to reach our inbox.
- Google, if you allow measurement. Google Analytics processes the visit on our behalf and also uses it under its own terms. Google is a US company and the data may be processed outside the UK and the EEA.
- LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, if you allow attribution.
- Nobody else, and nobody at all before you choose. The typefaces are served from this site's own server, so no font provider or content network is contacted. Opening this page, before you answer the banner, makes no third-party request whatsoever.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK and the EEA, including in the United States. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as applicable.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for two years afterwards, so that we can pick up a thread you started. After that they are deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host for security and diagnostics. Measurement data, if you allowed it, is aggregated and contains nothing that identifies you.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Write to the address above and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the supervisory authority in your own country.
Accessibility
This site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. If something on it does not work for you, tell us at the address above and we will fix it.
Changes to this notice
If we change what we collect or who we share it with, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is material, you will be asked for your privacy choice again.
